Prices terms and conditions Waterfront Villa Lemmer

During Dutch school holidays high season rates apply. For 2024 these periods are:

• 10/2 until 25/2
• 27/4 until 5/5
• 18/10 until 3/11

We keep our prices, and terms and conditions fair, simple and transparant. There are NO hidden or additional costs. No additional taxes, cleaning costs, usage of amenities like jacuzzi or bikes, rental websites, etc.

Good to know

• Check-in: 16:00 – 22:00
• Check-out: 10:00
• Minimum stay is 5 nights, maximum stay is 28 nights.
• Brenda will be your local contact during your stay. She will welcome you, explain everything and is there for questions.
• No smoking
• No animals
• No groups, only families.
• No parties.
• The Villa is in a quiet residential area. We expect our Guests to behave accordingly.
• The garden has 40m of unprotected waterfront with risk of falling into deep water.
• There is a classic, valuable wooden Riva speedboat stored on the boatlift undercover on the waterfront. This is not included and not to be touched.

Our Terms and Conditions are based on the Dutch ANWB “Huurovereenkomst voor vakantiewoning”.
