Exterior
From the private loungy south terrace and 5 person covered jacuzzi to the west “sunset” dining terrace with glass windscreen and the huge boardwalk terraces. A pictures says more than a thousand words…
Interior, ground level
From the roomy entrance to the large living room with breathtaking views and an open connection to the classic style kitchen, the study with bar and bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The pictures tell the story.
Interior, first floor
On the first floor you will find two more spacious bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower cabin…and of course the views from this level get even better!
What’s included?
That’s easy: basically everything! The entire Villa is at your disposal…except for the Garage where our personal stuff is stored and a small attic on the first floor for the same reason. The rest is yours!
Amenities
Kitchen
The classic style kitchen is fully equipped with among others seperate large freezer and large fridge, double Boretti oven, gas stove and grill plate, filter- and nespresso coffee machines, dish washer and all utensils you’ll need like pans, crockery, cutlery…you name it. Next to all the hardware you can use all consumables that are present like salt, pepper, oils, coffee, cleaning materials and dish washer tablets. Consumables are on an “as-is” basis and refills are not included.
Bed linens and towels
All beds are fully prepared with clean linens. Per person you will find 2 towels and 1 large bath towel.
Internet, TV & Audio
High speed WiFi is available throughout the house. The Internet connection typically has a download speed in excess of 150 Mbps.
There are 2 TV sets. One 65″ UHD smart TV in the living room and one 42″ smart TV in Bedroom 1. Ziggo is the TV and Internet provider with all channels you can imagine and all streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon, Disney, HBO, Videoland available (if you have an account).
In the living room you’ll find a high end WiFi based Denon HEOS HiFi surround system connected to the TV. You can access it by connecting via bluetooth or directly on WiFi through for example Spotify.

Other things available that might be of interest: Hair dryer, Iron, Small library with exchange books, Some children’s books and toys, High chair, First aid kit, Smoke alarms, Garden furniture, Free parking for 3 cars on driveway and free parking space on public street in front of the house.
Extra’s
Next to all that’s mentioned we provide some extra’s to make your vacation even more memorable. These extra’s are provided on an “as-is” basis which means we will not replace or repair them. We leave it to your discretion to repair/replace extra’s you break. Among others you’ll find: 4 bicycles to get around and a simple inflatable rowing boat for children.
