Booking Waterfront Villa in Lemmer
Booking is simple. In the calendar below you can see if the period you wish is available. If so, you can fill in the form and send a booking request. Be aware the minimum period is 5 nights. Yes, there is a question on the background of you and your party/family. We hope you understand that, as this is our home, we like to get some information on who we can welcome as our guests.
We will get back to you within 24 hours with either acceptance or some more questions. We will also provide you with our calculated total price offer. Of course you can easily calculate this yourself based on the rates you can find here.
When you accept our offer we ask you for a down payment of 25% of the total price payable within 2 weeks. The total amount has to be in our bank account at least 2 weeks before start of the rental period including a 500 euro deposit that will be refunded in full after the rental period and there are no damages.
